I have been taking the cytoplex dietary mix but it does contain my 41g of protein, along with xenadrine to lower my weight. I have gone from 270 to 230 in 3 months doing 30 min of cardio and 45 minutes resistance training 5 days /wk. I was considering adding creatine to my daily routine but didnt know if it would be beneficial alongside the xenadrine or the cytoplex, and counter effectiveness? If there wouldnt be any, at my weight, would y'all recommend a 5g pre 5g post intake? And is there really an advantage to mixing with grape juice or is water ok?

people say you should mix it with dextrose (if you wanna make a cell-tech immatasion)
i hear about pros using grape juice or other drinks that have high carbs to help it absorb better how much do you weigh? |

I weigh 230, am 6'2 and have 24%bf
I really want to maintain size but decrease BF composition, maybe get down to 12-14% |
