Best way is to bind it with simple carbs for an insulin spike bro... Sorry but that's all I've ever heard of. Try searching for Kre-Alkalyn though, I heard it's really fucking quick. It's a newer form of creatine (noting that it never ends with the newer shit)

Picky McSnicky?
Dude after working out, your body isn't very subjective to fat storage, when you bind it with simple carbs they go to your muscles as glycogen storage IN YOUR MUSCLES. You should be fine man. |

OK you know what? Just because you have a weight problem, don't get mad at me. I was trying to be funny, not offensive, but then you go whining about how your so scared about your self image you can't add a little bit of carbs. This is why people also do a bulking/cutting phase. So calm your ass down and do some more cardio if you keep gaining weight.

Sorry that I have a life that exsists outside this forum. And if it helps you sleep at night thinking you won the battle, congratulations. Now grow up.

ever since i've cut out simple carbs, I have mamaged to lose 12 lbs without trying. I allow myself one cheat a week and that has helped satisfy my sweet craving.
As for the last comment by Martinogdenbsx, all I can say is that since I have started to use oats, fruit, yogurt and whey (by way of Jodi's reccomendation) I have been able to put on a few major lbs of mass without any form of bodyfat. Never have I been able to do this in any time of my training. Now, can you really blame me for being so apprehensive?! |

A simple carb some vitamin B6 and some cinnamon! Cinnamon actually is really helpful in regulating BG/ CHO uptake/ reducing the tendacies of insulin to form tetramers.
Or pick up some Banaba and hit that with a pile of Dextrose when you take your Creatine lol. |

It is impossible for a cell to uptake Creatine... or even amino acids without Glucose and the help of the NA/K pumps. (<---- balanced electrolytes) G'luck living a life without sugar ![]() Where you get the 'sugar' is up to you. You can deAminate your dietary proteins to form glucose and Ketones... But that's rough on the kidneys and liver when done too much. And that's always a very in-efficient and energy dependant process. |
