EC stack timing problem! Help
I go to the gym directly after work so usually I eat(1 before lifting) then I take my EC 30 minutes later. After reading I found that this was not the best way to go about it because the EC stack would not hit my system while I was actually lifting. The only problem is that with the circumstances at work I can't have the EC stack first and then food because I would be eating too close to lifting. What would be my best bet here?
Eat preworkout meal at about 2pm and EC stack at 3:30, gym at 4:15? |
