When to start supplements?
Ok, I hear alot of people saying, you're too young to jump into supplements, and you won't need them. Well, if you all could contribute your opinions, when is it appropriate to start introducing supplements like NO, creatine and test boosters into your work out regimen. If there an age ? A fitness level? that needs to be achieved first, or is it you feel supplements just aren't necessary so early in one's training regimen. But even if they aren't necessary, does that mean they won't make a difference? Hopefully I can get mixed opinions here. Thanks to anyone who supplies input.
