Does anyone use this supplement? Could someone please explain what it is used for? I know it has something to do with creatine utilisation, but i dont understand exactly. Also, does anyone know where you can get it?

lol yeah im pretty lazy! Just finished exams and am over reading to tell you the truth. I usually just see how many people are using things and then if a lot of people are I look into it further. Do you use it youself?

I'm not using it yet, but I will later on, because I'll start taking a liver support product which includes NAC.
