Alot of people claim to hold a little water on mono. But with cee, there is really no water retention.

I'll put on ~8 lbs on mono. I took some time off all supplements, mainly because i was broke. Ive started the mono again yesterday and Im at 199 now, I should be around 208-210 within a week with a noticible pump.
And it definitley makes me stronger. My lifts all go down at least 15% within 2 weeks of stopping. |

CEX you should take just half teaspoon in the morning on an empty stomach and half teaspoon pre workout. Or if you want half pre wo and half post wo or if you want, just do like I did when I used CEX. One teaspoon pre wo and that's it.
