Would THERMO GAIN from muscletech be a good supplement to use to burn fat? am quite a skinny guy but i have a gut(Pot Belly). Am try to get my bodyfat down before i start hardcore training. Just wanna know if this supplement will help me lose fat, along with cardio of course.

Any comments would be grateful

If you are skinny and your gut is nothing out of normal. Cardio and more cardio with some BCAA's before you do your cardio. Also, if you have a good diet, you'll be fine.

You have to get the diet, training and cardio right before starting to rely on supplements. You say you are skinny, but have a pot belly. Is the belly coming from alcohol consumption, eating large meals, etc etc etc???????

As far as fat burners go, Thermo Gain is very good, but it is expensive. I get the same affect from Xenadrine's NRG for alot less money.

I already have the thermo gain, was just scared to use it so i wanted to get advise first. different people tell me different things. some say it really good and works fast, others say there are many side effects. As far as my pot belly, must be from the food i eat cause i dont drink. trying to change my diet now

Thermo gain is not too bad of a product. I've tried a few sample packs of it and liked it. It's nothing you have to be worried about using.

Most companies recommend starting with a half dose first and work up to the full dosage. If you see side affects such as jitterness or insomnia on a smaller dosage, then you signals problems and then you should consider stopping.

Possible the volume of food ( eat smaller meals) or types of foods(heavy carbs??) could be the reason?
