35% Maltodextrin
35% Whey Protein Concentrate 75 (NZ)
25% Dextrose
5% L Glutamine


Have you ever felt really tired and sore after a long or heavy workout? Well if so this formula is for you as helps your body to recover from the strains of the workout quicker! Why is this good? Well the quicker your body recovers from a punishing workout the sooner you can train again!

The recovery formula is formulated with a blend of simple & complex carbohydrates and l-glutamine (5g per serving) which both help provide rapid recovery by replacing lost glycogen levels. It also includes over 27g of protein per serving to help build your muscles after strenuous exercise.
