The taste isn't so bad, usually whey+dextrose hides the taste but i just like to put the 3g of CEE in my mouth than run it down with a whey shake.

CEE I know is a good product and Max Pump looks pretty solid too!

Robert, do you think that would be good to take after a cycle? I wanna buy a creatine/NO product to keep as much as I can of my gains.

Absolutely, MP before work-out, CEE after work-out and off days.

I use MP now and love it, if I forget to take MP before a work-out there is a noticable difference especially about midway through.

I bought CEE powder and gave that shit away (not kidding), it's the most disgusting crap... EVEN mixed in with my protein shake, hence the reason I am making CEE caps.

I know, CEE and AAKG are the worst tasting supplements I've tried in my life. When I had them I put some in my shakes and it was horrible man.

its not that bad. and as far as the capsules vs. powder, its a matter of anywhere from 30 seconds to like 3 minutes for the pills to dissolve. put one in water, they just fall apart. now imagine dropping them into a solution of hydrochloric acid, and smashing em up. effectively, theres no difference in absorption (wow I cant spell)
