N Large Weight Gainer

http://www.fitnessone.com/product_in...roducts_id/193

So would I take 3-4 scoops a day spread throughout the day? Thanks.

That's a weight gainer that should be taken at 4 scoops per serving. So if you are not trying to gain weight, skip it and go with a regular whey protein.

I know it's a weight gainer and I'm trying to gain weight. I am currently 5'11" 160 lbs.

So you would want to take it as it suggest. Don't forget to eat some high protein food also. Good Luck!!

Well said.

Instead of this, grind 1.5 cups of oats in a coffee grinder long enough to make em just more processed (smaller chunks) than "quick oats"

Then, mix in 1 scoop of whey protein.

1.5 scoops of Casein protein.

and eat 1 tablespoon of natural peanut butter, or 1 serving, (like an 1/8th of a cup) of walnuts

and 1 bananna

Thatd be the best damn weight gainer you could find.

drink the oats first, dont mix it up in a shake, this bad boy is for nutrition. You want flavor? I can find a post of mine that made the best darn pre-bed shake youd ever taste

idk dude, i was doing carb cycling at the time. I suppose you could make some oats alongside it, they're kind of a comfort food, and might help put you to sleep

N Large 2 is great! Take half a serving 2-3 times a day. 1 before and 1 after your workout & before bed.
