Shopping 4 New Supplements: Best Brands?

I am re-stocking supplements for:

1. a multi-vitamin + minerals

2. Milk Thistle

3. Minerals only

4. B-Complex

I've save all of your helpful info in the past (special thanks to Jodi), and just want some up-to-date info on brands if any of you have found any thing new.

Thanks.

You might want to give NOW products a try. Their cheap and very good IMO.

B-Complex - Look into one with P5P
Vit and Mins - I'm still a big believer in the Sources of Life. Same with the Multi-Mins. I've tried others but I keep going back to them.

Milk Thistle helps restore liver values. It would benefit an alocoholic, or an AAS user.
