Protein Supplement Critique??
I was just wondering if any of you well informed individuals could tell me if this is a good protein, and if so, in what way, and would it best one best only used for pre/post workout?

It seems like a decent protein. Best if used post workout, but taking throughout the day would also be beneficial.

The calories per serving. The fat only 1.5g per serving. 23g of protein per serving. Only 1g of sugar and very low in sodium and cholesterol. That's what I check when I buy whey protein.
I stick to ON's 100% because it contains Aminogen and I had problems with whey protein before... ![]() |
