Looking to get back in the gym soon.
Would like to hit the weights runnning this time

Ie.
Load up with Creatine - the week(s) before hitting the gym
Keeps the supplements up, while doing my 1st 6 week rountine's cycle.
Change rountines from "heavy/stregth gain", to ...um...other!


Whats the normal/optimum intake cycle for creatine?
I'm sure I read it somewhere!

is it:
1 week - load up, 4 times a day
5 weeks - 2 times a day

6 weeks - off

????
