The main thing to note is Cytodyne that produces Xenadrine was slapped with a damning fine by the FTC for false advertisement and lack of clinical evidence in 2005.

That doesn't mean it doesn't work since this is a "new" product, I myself have a bottle of Xenadrine EFX that helps a little.

From memory, the fda or something banned ephedra which is the main ingredient in all fatburners. The formula goes something like 25mg ephedra/200 mg caffeine/200mg aspirin.

But the bands been liftred, but there's a maximum of 8 mg per serving.

I luv the old hydroxycut, but ever since they took out most of the ephedra, i think it sux now. So I use it with another 16g pure ephedra hcl with it.

I dont use it to lose fat/weight, I use it for the pump. once a day before a workout. To me it's lke roids, i always feel like ripping the weights till my eyes pop out.
