Bcaa's
Just bought some BCAA tabs I was thinking of taking them pre and post workout. Also, Ive been told that for long workouts (over an hour) they are useful. So should I take half a serve when i hit the hour mark? Also would they be useful for cardio/tennis or should i just save them for weights? I was also recommended to take a serve mid arvo (i train mornings), whats your opinion on this? any thoughts/experiences welcome! thanks!

Get powder next time, cheaper and more bang for your buck, taste is pretty bad. Take a full serving bout 30 minutes before lifting, along with any other amino acid supplement you take, i.e. creatine, arginine, glutamine, etc...
BCAA's are one of my favorite supplements, though they are best used when in a calorie deficit to help support/even build muscle.
