if its not worth it, i think ill hold off. any recomondations? in short its kinda peer pressure, all of my work out partners, my age, have taken something either masterdrol m1p stack, m1a or superdrol. they all are about 60-70 lbs ahead. and all saw huge improvements. stick to heavy creatine and heavy protien? |

Stick to heavy FOOD!!!! Good amounts of good protein fat and carbs will put you WAY ahead of the game in the long run, and the overall improvements in your state of being will be worth it as well. As a general rule, I think all members of this board need to spend FAR more time reading stuff posted in the diet & nutrition section as oppsed to supplements and open chat.

For lowering bodyfat, try 7-keto along wit some high-purity gugglesterones. Worked well with me. But I can guarentee you that the results wouldn't have been half as good as they were had it not been for the diet & nutrition section =)

The solution lies in your diet and exercise routine, which can always be improved at your age. The best thing you can do is focus on learning all you can about those two areas. Don't focus on supplements at all. Just take a multi-v and get your daily calcium.
