gain mass

my boys play football and soccer and have a hard time with retaining body mass. they both take whey protein. i would like to know if its a good idea for them take creatine also,or is that a bad idea.

It's ok but make sure they drink enough water...esp during summer 2 a day practice. The best thing is to get them eating 5-6x a day while they are out of school....and I'm guessing they are on a good weight program.

Mass will be in your nutrition for the most part. As long as they take in more calories than they can burn then they will gain weight=mass.

read th stickies. before using supps, try whole food. I think the diet would need to improve first before you try anything. Plus, its cheaper.

Here's a phenomenal link to using slow burner carbs for bulking. I strongly suggest you read it.
