Would BCAA's help during time off?
I had been bulking for a while on 3000 calories and I was making good progress. However, I have to have back surgery and I'll be out for 2-3 months of pretty much everything. So I'll have to drop calories and everything else, and I was wondering if it would be a good idea to get some BCAA supplement and if so which one should I look into? I don't want to spend too much though and I want to just buy one container and have it last a while.

Either way 2-3 months without lifting you will lose most of your gains, I went through something similar myself, no surgery, but I herniated a disc and had to stop lifting for a few months. One thing I can tell you is the muscle comes back a lot quicker the second time around.
