Muscle Milk

Just curious about this product Muscle Milk since I have read several pro athletes singing its praises. Have any of you guys tried it and if so is it any good?

ITs a good product but I would look into VPX food supplements and protein drinks they are top of the line (but not the only grade a product). I prefer VPX products over others JMO

It's overpriced IMO... you can pick up Musclejuice, or better yet, make your own.

Musclemilk is fairly cheap if you buy at the right place (a la fitnessone.com).

I must say though I bought the Peanut Butter Chocolate and it just isn't nearly as good as the other flavors.

Muscle Milk and oats is the best food ever for breakfast. They're just as good as normal oats, but have 30 g of protein per serving

muscle milk is good... but i like ON vanilla casein during work better.

Muscle Milk does taste good, but i don't think it lives up to the hype of being as good as a milk shake.IMO.

not so fast big boy-throw in a little peanut butter and some ice in a blender on low and you got yourself a damn fine shake.
