owell i got the money so i'm goin to give er a try![]()
Kenwood let me be the first to tell you that it does nothing. I tried it and was glad I didnt spend my money on it. I got a whole bottle as a sample from vyo tech which is saying something right there. And at 15 it wouldnt do anything for you anyway.

Have fun wasting it!Originally Posted by kenwood

Why don't you share that money with us? Or with Robert and buy some Anabolic Matrix instead?Originally Posted by kenwood
Kenwood just continue lifting heavy and sort out your diet instead of trying to search for some magic supplement that will work wonders. Only steroids will do that, but even then you need to eat and lift.
I tried it and it did absolutely nothing. Nada. Zilch. I have never heard it working with anyone. I would look into using BCAA's especially leucine or maybe HMB if I were you. At tleast they have some studies that support them.

at 15 you should not be using anything except a multi-vitamin and protein powder, at most maybe some creatine.

I agree with the above posts. Don't develop a mindset that you need a pill to make gains. Especially at 15. Train wisely, eat wisely and rest wisely. You'll achieve your goals. Set a long range plan and have patience. Save your money for some protein, maybe creatine and BCAA's. Vitamins and fish oil omega 3 would be good too.
