Ok i workout mon-fri and rest saturday and sunday. I bought a Jar of creatine at the local GNC called "Creadrive". the jar says to take 45g 4 times daily for 5 days then 2 time daily after that.. it seems like alot and do i take it even if im not working out that day? it works out that i will be drinking this stuff b4 and after my workout.. help please thanks
