    no-xplode and gaoterade

    is it ok to use gaoterade instead of water for no-xplode? Can u mix in ur creatine mono with no-xplode?

    god...on the new no-xplode it says mix with water 5-6ounces for every scoop....and on the old no-xplode label it says you can mix it w/anything.

    so u thing mixing it with anything else besides water u wont get the full effect

    prolly not. like i said the new no-xplode tastes like shit lol. the old no-xplode i liked mixing it in orange juice .....i might try an mix this one in orange juice and see how it goes

    ur right the new one mos def taste like shit. how many scoops do u take? and which flavor do u like the most/hate?

    i've only had 4 tubes on it and i just started my 4th one all was fruti punch. i had 2 of the old kind and i'm on my 2nd tub of the new kind. i dont take it on off days. but when i do take it i take 2-3 scoops . usually 2 but i've i'm maxing out on something i take 3-4 just depends.

    hey kenwood have u tried it with oj yet. it taste alot better with oj then water and u still get the same effect

    yeah ilike it w/oj the last workouts i've used it w/that and it works the same and i feel a little more energy w/the oj lol
