    Fish Oil Caps

    Hey guys I just bought a bottle of fish oil caps. When is the best time to take them???

    Ok, heres a newbie question...

    What is the main purpose for taking these?

    Instead of telling you what I do know about them, I want a basic answer to cover shit I might miss if I list what I think.
    6' 217lbs (10/18)
    Bench 365 (12/3)
    Weighted Pullups 80lbs 3x3 (3/19)
    Squat 370
    Deadlift after herniation 385lbs 3x3 (3/17)
    NASM certified 2/06

    whats the purpose of me taking these???? So I can get my right amount of "good" fats into my diet. Right now I"m only eating almonds for my healthy fats.

    after you realize the importance of EFA's check out Essence EFA

    and yes, with meals is good time to take them.

    Fish oils are a good source of n3 fatty acids. Containing EPA and DHA. Use them as a fat source in your meals.
