    Green Tea

I'm looking for a Green tea extract and I have narrowed it down to two. Should I get Universal Green Tea http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/univ/green.html

    or Primaforce Lean Green http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/prima/lean.html

or does it really not matter?

Primaforce is good..... Scivation seems like a good company to me. Or you could buy it in bulk from Bulknutrition.

IMO I wouldnt go with bulk nutrition right now. They are having alot of problems with sending out orders and also sending out wrong orders.

Yeah if you are worried about that, then try Custom Nutrition Warehouse.

However, I still think Bulk is the way to go, and they will find a way to make amends to the customers that aren't satisfied.

Mike referenced some of the stats over at M&M about the # of order errors, and there wasn't anything outta the normal for such a large transition, it just seems to be displayed over the web more.

Would drinking green tea be the same as taking the Green tea extract? Which one would be more cost effective?

The extract would be more cost effective. I can't remember the exact number but 8 cups would approx equal one dose of extract.

The appropriate dose boosts your basal metabolic rate by 4%.
