    a big set of questions?

Hi i am new to the suppliment world and weight loss drugs world

i have recently joined my gym
(it is a basic gym but thay have most of the equipment i need)

i have a fat belly neck and chest but the rest of me is basicly thin for my size
    as in arms legs shoulders...

but i was wondering what are the best ways to loose weight and sustain energy during my work outs ( i am a student at home so i can work out any time during the day or all day)

now , i know food and water are great but i was wondering what set of supliments i could/should take, i want to body build and loose fat...

I would focus on one goal at a time. Either to add muscle (bulk) or lean out (cut). Pre-workout stimms like Lipo 6 will give you the energy to blast through workouts, imo.

    Good luck.

Never heard of Liquid Amp'd. I just know lipo 6 has been getting great reviews since the banning of ephedra. Great energy and fat burning, imo.

I assume by your post, that you are a beginner?

If that is the case, I wouldn't worry about Supps. Your key to progress will be done in the kitchen. Most people don't want to hear that answer, but save your money and tune-up your diet and you will make better gains then on any supp.

no need to be a chef to eat clean and healthy meals that will properly fuel your body.

Supplements will provide little benefit if a proper diet is not in order.

Read sticky's in Nutrition and training sections for starters, that should lay some ground work.
