    joint support

    I was wondering if anyone has any recommendations on anything to help with joint pain? Any help would be appreciated

    what kind of joint pain and which joints? if it is an injury or inflammation not sure I would just recommend a joint supplement.

    it's mainly my knees. I'm pretty sure it's joint pain versus an injury or inflammation.

    if it is pain what else would be causing it? do you do high impact exercises, i.e. running? if so, the answer might simply be to stop for about 6 weeks.

    I do not run. Leg presses, squats and, extensions etc is all I do
