    MuscleTech, will this work

    http://www.gnc.com/product/index.jsp...108326.2146666
Hopefully that link works. Its MuscleTech MuscleBuilding Stack. Says it will dramatically improve muscle growth in just 15 days. Im new to all of this so Im just wondering if it will work. Besides summer is almost over and I just started working out, so I need muscle fast. Any ideas or suggestions?

Your best bet would be to read the stickies in the Diet and Nutrition section.

All your goals will be achieved in the kitchen. If your diet is in order, then no supplement will pull up the slack.

And Fast food will provide no results that you are looking for.

This will be a classic quote. First of all, not to be rude, but you have got a lot to learn. Building muscle correctly requires months and years of hard training. Proper nutrition, training and dedication will bring you success. Nothing you buy at GNC or anywhere else will give you what you are looking for by the end of the summer. My advice is to continue to read over the posts on this board for great information and help. Taking shortcuts, for any reason, will leave you back at square one before it's all over with. I could tell you to buy this and buy that, but that's not the type of business I run. Feel free to reply with your thoughts on this. John
