    Which WHEY + Which CREATINE???

Im starting at the Gym next week with an aim to Gain Mass and rid myself of my slim build. Have a good idea of what I should be doing in terms of water, vitamins and so on but Im stuck with supplements! So Many! Im not gonna take them yet as I want to concentrate on getting my body in used to it and Technique for a few weeks. But can you give me your opinions on What CREATINE and WHEY is worth taking out on this wide Market?

Was looking at Muscle-Tech CEE-PRO and their WHEY but have seen Post saying Muscle-Tech is ALL Hype?

    Thanks!

When considering CEE, there isn't much you can look into. CEE is CEE, it's just that some companies throw in some extra ingredients to help with uptake. Kind of like the icing on top.

Whey is a different story however. Whey protein is not necessarily the same as any other whey protein. Protein is made up of dozens of different Amino Acids, and each company lists these numbers in a chart (I think it might be by law). Basically, the protein with the higher Amino Acid content gram for gram is the better whey protein. The higher the Amino Acid content, the more money it will be. At ATW, they give these tables I'm referring to. Check them out, and compare and contrast the differences. You'll notice that isolate protein has the highest Amino Acid content, and I beleive Optimum has the lowest count.

That is not to say that it is bad protein. You can't really go WRONG with whey, but you can go better. Optimum blend over there is actually great, and I'm actually finishing up my first shipment in the few coming weeks. Caught a great price for it, and I've really liked the product.

And as to Muscle-Tech - they are all advertising. Try to move past the advertisements, and get into the numbers, such as content wise of products. It's like comparing a low name brand sneaker with a Nike sneaker. They might be identical, but you are paying for the name brand. And it can get rediculous.... especially if they are bought in conjunction with the other fuckers over at GNC.
