    Fufu's IronMagLab's CEE Review

I'll be posting my experiences with my new bottle CEE in this thread.

Today was my second training day using it, I definitely noticed something different. I had such a pump in my lats and arms today it almost felt uncomfortable at first, I don't think I've had such a feeling. Strength was good, which is normal. I may have noticed some strength increases in a couple areas, but for the most part it was normal today.

Tommarow I'll be doing some high rep squats, we will see what happens.

This isn't a journal, it is a review with an indefinite end.

It's funny you mentioned the pump you got. I quit using NO-Explode on the same day I started using Rob's CEE and I noticed increased vascularity for some reason. I also noticed more of a pump than I had been getting with NO-Explode and that struck me as odd. This is my first experience with CEE, so far so good!

it is not any oridinary CEE, it is IronMagLab's CEE!

    It's powdered Anadrol.

Hah, I'm kidding of course. Soon enough I'll be hopping on the IML CEE boat... inexpensive, and seems to be real effective. Looking forward to it (currently testing out Gaspari SizeOn, where you drink it DURING the lift, which I think gives me a huge effect, placebo or not).

What is the purpose of CEE anyways? I would hope it benefits you in a positive way rather than just give you the "pumps" to look and feel good. If you can convince me and depending on the price, i will consider it.

I too, wonder about "pumps" and how they are in the long run. I noticed I got good pumps with Arginine, but I wasnt stronger after I was done taking it. Hmm, I wonder if these products are the perfect things to use once you hit a plateu.

Wow, I had an awesome squat workout.

I was doing higher reps than I have in about 4 or 5 months. Every set went perfectly and I still had more in the tank. Big leg pump, noticed more valcularity than normal. Of course that could have been from the higher reps.

I definitely put on some size gains, I surely notice this. I've only been using it for 4 days and I've put on a couple lbs already. This is the best I have I responded to creatine size wise.

As for strength and recovery, I'm not quite certain. It'll take a couple weeks for me to know that.

CEE is creatine without gaining the water weight. Ethyl Ester.

Do you take the recommended dose of 4 caps pre workout and 4 caps post workout for a total of 6g creatine/day? Do you use it on non-training days?

I do 4 caps pre/post(6 grams total) on workout days, and just 3 grams on off days.

Had a great monday workout today. Monday workouts having been sucking the past couple months too. I set a new bench PR as well which doesn't happen too often for me. Noticed increased vascularity in the forearms as well. Felt solid through the entire workout.
