Thread: CoQ10 and heat

Hey guys, I bought a bottle of CoQ10($80) about a week ago and forgot it in my car outside in 100 degree F heat for about four hours.

I grabbed it from the car and on the way back into the house I noticed that the bottle was clinking. I opened it and realized that the powder had clumped up into little balls.

Do you think the heat ruined or degraded the quality?

Man, I cant wait till fall.

of course! Heat will destroy CoQ10. Heat will ruin any kind of capsule or tablet if left in a vehicle with this kind of heat, Especially in TX where im at hahah
