If you are worried about your BP, it may not be the best idea. Check with your doctor before you do anything...Originally Posted by bingo4
There are numerous supplements to reduce BP however, which are commonly used in cycles. Such supplements like CoQ10, Hawthorne Berry, Celery Seed Extract, and Potassium Chloride can all help reduce your BP. You could also always keep a digital BP reader around to check your levels often. Fortunetly orals leave your system within a few days, so your BP would return back to "normal" rather quickly if you decide to drop it.
If you do not feel safe using it however, it's not worth the risk.

These kind of things are nothing to be rushed into. Cover your bases, and check with your doctor. If you are really 30+, you will mature enough to check.
The supplements I suggested would also need to be cleared with your doctor, as a BP issue isn't something to fuck around with. With that already said, if you decide to go with the steroid, then you need to start getting things covered before you start. You should be far away from taking it at the moment.
Supplements, in general, take time to kick in. The BP supplements, despite being natural, take ~2 weeks to kick in. A pre-load is the correct term here. Pick up the according supplements (whichever you decide) and being using them 2 weeks before beginning the cycle. That way your body will be ready for the sudden shift. Just don't rush into it.
You need to look into PCT as well, so you don't lose all you gains and have other problems as well.
Thats for your input ,Im in no rush to start but I would like to get my bp under control first. Then maybe go for it ?
better do it now, it will be banned soon.

I just finished my PCT. I did a cycle of Halodrol-50 together with Prostanozol (which is the same as the Orastan-E) and for the PCT I used Novedex XT. My gains in strenght and size were really noticeable. I gained around 8 lbs and my bench press went up by 25lbs. It wasn't nothing crazy like some people say. Also, I lost some fat, because my wais and stomach got smaller. All the changes were noticeables, but nothing extraordinary. Some people like to exagerate.
IMO Halodrol, if used properly, is a great product.
Just try to eat right and work out right, so you can get the most out of it.
Just my two cents.
since I have epilepsy, I read on the box that I shouldnt take haladrol if I had seizures...why? Anyone have a clue?
