    question.. need help

    I am a dancer and i have a job coming up in 4 weeks and need to get back into shap ASAP. I have 30 pounds to lose ... i know it's a lot. I am eating 5 small meals 3h appart and doing weights and 2-3 cardio sessions a day. I am taking CLA, l-carnitine, and lean system 7 as supplements... is there anything else i can do? thanks

    7-8 lbs per week is not feasible, you will end up losing muscle along with the fat.

    2-3 cardio sessions is not only excessive, but counter-productive.

    You need at least 12 weeks to lose that much weight "correctly".

    hey robert what about HIIT cardio with a high carb day and for the rest of the week all low carb at 30g a day while doing circuit training?
