BODYBUILDING SUPPLEMENTS High Quality Supplements For Bodybuilders and Athletes. www.ironmaglabs.com When i was buying some protein today the guy in the shop recommended amino acid pills. They cost £10 for 300 and i don't have alot of money at the moment. I was just wandering whether they are worth it.

If you're consuming enough protein from quality food sources, then you really don't need to take them separately.
You're better off spending your money on a whey protein powder or food. I get my protein from whey powder, milk, steak, eggs, chicken and fish. The rule of thumb is 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight. So, if you weigh 180lbs, you should be consuming at least 180grams of protein each day. ------------------ train hard! |

A friend of mine used to take amino pills all the time, said that they were more effective than protein. Even if they are slightly better than protein, the price difference makes up for it.
