Supplements to further help my cutting.

Hey everyone, I have been cutting the whole summer and have noticed a significant decrease in body fat. But I still want to get it lower I should be in the neighborhood of 16-17% body fat. I did two 3 week cycles of EC but stopped from doing another because it makes me too sweaty and I work at a job where it doesn't look too good for the customers. Right now I am taking three servings of Whey a day as well as fish oil with 5mg of creatine pre workout. Basically I want to know what else I should take to aid in my quest for a leaner body.

I was thinking glutamine, and taurine anything else? Thanks for the help

Take less calories and more cardio.

Youre doing well. You dont need more supps IMO. Caffein does a good job at suppressing the appetite though...

forget the supps. Try HIIT cardio. It's pretty brutal. Try it this way: 1 minute as high as you can go on a bike in the gym, the next minute at medium pace, next minute high, next minute medium...do this for 13 minutes instead of your typical cardio and you will see definitive losses in BF. Add another cycle each week.
