    Creatine Ethyl Ester?

my appologies if this has been covered before, but i searched and couldnt really find what i was looking for.

when i was browsing on the site, i found the add for CEE, and being a non-responder to monohydrate, i was a bit curious and clicked on the link. i read a bit about Rob's product, and then thanks to google, did a bit more research. my question for all you experienced fellas is...

if i am taking a pre-workout supplement such as NO-xplode or SuperPump250, would i stop taking that and just use the CEE for the time being, or could i take the NO before hand, and take the CEE afterwards like i did the mono? (I dont really know to much about these products, only what i read on this site.)

so far, i like the pumps that i get from NO (whether it be placebo or not), but i am not really seeing any size gains. also, if you have any other CEE supplements you would reccomend, i would appreciate it.

PS: when my NO runs out, i am debating whether to try SP250 or just get more NO. anyone have experience with both of them? thanks a bunch

You can use an NO product along with CEE.

Every CM non-responder I have heard from responds great to CEE.

Buy IronMagLabs CEE and support this board!

haha... i was most likely going to buy yours. its a great price, and most importantly, from the reviews i have read on the board, it does its job!

my question now is, how would i go about taking the two supplements in coordination with eachother? would i just take 2 scoops of the NO a half hour before workout as reccemmended, and then take the normal 4 capsules (1 serving) of CEE right after i lift? would i need to take the other 4 capsules at a different time of the day to get the full amount in? also, would i need to take it on an empty stomach, or does it not matter.

one more thing... rob, you say i can take NO with CEE, but would i get better results from just taking the CEE before workouts on its own and ditching the NO?

also, is there any other products i should look into that work well with CEE? how does SuperPump250 compare to NO-Xplode? they are about the same price from what i have seen, but are they comperable.

sorry for so many Q's, i am a noob, and like everyone else, i just wanna make sure that i am getting the most out of my efforts at the gym. thanks again guys

If I can put my two cents it -

I've taken both Superpump and no-Xplode. Personally I liked the Superpump WAY better, after my workouts & taking creatine during it was amazing,,,, but,,,, after about 2 weeks it began doing a number on my ..err.. "intestinal system" so I had to quit taking it or spend all day in the john... So, now I am taking the No-Xplode, which I think tastes like crap, but my system seems to handle it better! I don't get the intense "pump" as long, but it beats the consequenses.

i get the same problems with the NO, not very bad at all tho. do you think it would help to not take the superpump on off days? thats what i do with the NO and it seems to be a bit better for the bathroom's sake.

That's what I usually did, but I don't really know what happened with my system.. I stopped taking it completely for 2 weeks thinking that it would resolve itself, then the first day back on, my problems came back..

so,, until I find something that tastes better than the NO and works as well,,,...well, I guess I'm just out of luck

Seriously, try VNS Jacked, or Universal's Storm.

I'll look into them - do you like the way they work? Is the price comparable? Really, they are all expensive, so why do I even ask?

would these be taken in place of NO, and you can still take the CEE post-workout, or would you just take these on their own?

I just looked at one of them and it has 3000 mg of CEE in it.. so my guess is it would replace the NO

I definitely recommend Rob's CEE. I've been taking it for a few weeks now with good results.

No, Universal's Storm is a post workout formula, if you want a product like No xplode or sp250, get Universal's Shock Therapy. It's cheap and has 50 servings, also on the label it doesnt say use 1-3 scoops it says just use one scoop it should do the trick.

They're both pretty cheap for the amount of servings you get... Storm is about $25 for 80 servings, and Jacked is about $33 for 60 servings.

Yeah, they would be... They both have creatine and NO ingredients. You'd want to take these before your workout. If you have bulk-CEE I'd use that after working out along with these, or some other time in the day. If I have plain CEE around, I don't waste products like these if I'm not working out on a given day.

I've never read anywhere the Storm is scrictly a post workout formula... Plus, I never bother taking creatine/NO2 products after a workout, I don't see the point. Look at the ingredients, that's the key. What makes a pre-workout formula different from a post-workout formula? Why would they bother putting NO2 in if it were just a post-workout formula?

The main difference I see between Shock Therapy and Storm is that Shock Therapy has vitamin B, and caffeine.

I may try the Universal products. It's says 1-3 scoops on the S250 also, but I have to do the 3 scoops to notice the difference.

I just used 1 most of time time... Sometimes 1.5 if I was particularly tired.

if i was gonna take maximum pump pre-workout, should i take double servings of CEE after i lift since i didnt take any before, or would the regular 3 grams post-workout be enough per day.

CEE is the only creatine I have ever used that I feel works for me, and I have trained and tried creatine for a number of years.

I do 5mg a day split into two doses, doesn't taste delicious but thats life. I take it with diarginine malate, AAKG is another popular additive, you can go with either one.

but i was thinking about getting both because from what i have read, the maximum pump gives you good pumps (obviously), and the CEE would be good post-workout. my question is this... i am getting max pump and CEE, i am taking the max pump before i lift, and the CEE after. the CEE directions say to take it before and after, but since im not taking it before (im using the max pump), should i take more CEE than they suggest afterwards so i can get the full daily amount they say, or would just 1 serving of 3 grams a day after i lift be enough?

use them both synergistically, and read the bottle on both. Stop thinking so much.
