    Kre-Alkalyn

Has anyone tried kre-alkalyn, a buffered creatine that supposedly doesnt convert to creatinine. Im 5'9 175 and trying to put on some lean muscle. I want minimal to zero fat gain, which is why im staying away from many of the powdered creatines.

Id like to get some feedback from ppl who have tried it before spending the cash.

    Thanks

You mean you are trying to stay away from powdered creatine because of the carb transport systems some contain? Take some creatine with water or use capsules then.

That was pretty much what i had in mind. Thats why i was so interested in the kre-alkalyn. I wanted to know if it really worked or if it was all hype bc i was looking into a number of other different companies that sell creatine in pill form. The CEE seems to be real popular on this site.

I'd go with the IronLabs CEE, because Creatine Ethyl Ester does work, specially for people like me that don't respond well to mono.
Use it by itself or take it with and NO supplement if you want.
