    Exclamation The perfect combo...

I have been reviewing several products and trying to gather information on them. In the past I have wasted large amounts of money so I am looking for some experienced input. I am trying to create a basic stack to help me gain muscle. I have my protein, creatine, and glutamine....but was considering these products to add to by basic stack. Can you please give me a recommendation on them or recommend something totally different.

I will be 100% honest with ya. I have been bodybuilding for the better part of 10 years and the only things that are the must sups for BB'ers are protein, creatine, glutamine, multi-vitamin, and its not a sup, but a good diet. There are no excellent sups out there that will simply put it on ya. I think anything more than what I wrote there is a big waste of money.

do you recommend any alternative routes or products other than the ones I've listed???....I know it's not going to make me huge, just want to make a legitimate basic muscle building stack.

What was said above I believe 100%, but I am taking superpump and I like it a lot just because it makes me more dedicated to train right and eat better, I feel like paying the money for it would be a total waste if I didn't. Plus I get "superpumped" from it.
