If you are just starting out you don't need to use creatine.
I highly recommend all IronMagLabs supplements!

I was just asking because I am taking some stuff called Xpand. It works awesome and lets me do more reps with less fatigue, but I was wondering if the creatine in it would affect me trying to lose body fat???So would it be harder for me to lose body fat with creatine???

No, creatine will have no effect on bf % loss, but it can cause you to retain water, which may cause you to be bloated.

It really depends on the kind you use and its delivery system (aka the amount of sugar thats in the creatine). Obviously the more sugar the more water retention your gonna get. Use a pill form like CEE or kre-alkalyn.

Use plain creatine monohydrate. You'll be fine.
