    Question Creatine

Is Creatine safe? Should I use it as a daily supplement every day or only on workout days?

Yes, its fine. Use it everyday or not at all. Its best before and/or after a workout. You need to take b/t 5 and 10 grams per day.

I have a friend that tried it for a couple weeks and developed a rash so he quit taking it and it went away. Not to say this was a direct cause from the creatine but there can be minor side affects for some people. But over all it seems to be safe effective way to give your muscles more endurance for lifting.

IMAO you don't need to load creatine, its the supplement company's way of getting you to the bottom of the container faster.
just go with the recomended everyday dose.
    Cool

The point I make is, there actually hasn't been a study as to wheter loading on creatine works or not.

So it's personal choice, wheter you choose to load or not

    Forgot to add -

When supplementing with creatine DRINK MORE WATER !! It pulls water from your cells so your body is slightly dehydrated. So we combat this by extra hydration (drinking more water)
