    CEE and V-12

I am currently taking one serving of V12 Turbo a day 30 minutes before lifting. On non-workout days I am taking one serving 30 minutes prior to a meal. I was wondering if I can take some of Rob's new CEE on training days. Would this be somehow counter productive? Would I also need to take the CEE on non-training days if I am already taking the V12? Thanks guys

You can do that. If your taking V12 you really dont have to take the cee on non-training days. Some like to take it then too but its up to you.
