You can go to proteinfactory.com or trueprotein.com and you can customize your proteins.
For the bedtime I'd do 50% casein, 25% whey and 25% egg whites protein, because you want a time release type of protein.
Morning, I'd go with more whey, because you want the fastest absorbing protein at this time. Post workout it depends on the intensity of your workout. I used to get the malto an dextro separately and then mix it with my protein blend after my workouts.

Well, before I used to get my protein blends from proteinfactory.com and for post workout I had 25% egg white protein, 25% whey protein concentrate and 50% whey isolate. Plus I was adding dextrose and maltodextrin that I bought separately. I was adding around 50g of dextrose and around 25g of maltodextrin to my shake.

For night time I was getting 25% egg white protein, 25% whey concentrate, 50% casein.

    Hope that helps.

Bed Time: Food. Cottage cheese and milk

    Morning: Food. Eggs, toast, oatmeal

PreWorkout: Food. Two PBJ's and milk (I say PreWO, but this is roughly 1.5 hours before lifting, I drink a CEE shake just before workouts)

PWO: CEE shake immediately after lifting....stretching session...protein shake mixed with 1.5 cups milk...the protein blend has 88gs maltodextrins and a ton of protein...

I used to drink a bunch of shakes all throughout the day man....like 3 a day...nothing works like what I'm doing now though....eating a shit load of food throughout the day. I'm not tryin to be a dick or sarcastic or anything...and I know this thread is about different shakes, so take it with a grain of salt.
