Take the creatine/glutamine/grapejuice before your whey/oats/PB

Glutamine is usually taken at a seperate time than creatine. Such as creatine pre and glutamine post. It has to do with absorption.

I always take my creatine before and then glutamine after -

Then another glutamine before bed, along with oils, zma, etc
