    Other thermogenics with Clen?

Do you take another thermogenic (such as LeanFire, Lipo-6, whatever) at the same time as Clen or just one or the other? Just looking to see peoples preferences.

I've never heard of people stacking the two - I've never used clen, but it is to my understanding that clen is very powerful. I have seen users cycle it in an every other week fashion though... such as weeks 1,3,5 clen, and on the off weeks of 2,4,6 would be an OTC fat burner

Focus is right. 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off. On the off weeks you could run some other kind of thermogenic fat burner.

if you mix lipo and clen you will get cramps up the wazzooo..

clen dehydrates enough, I would avoid anything that dehydrates as well...clen cramps

Don't forget to take the taurine and potassium too though to offset the cramps.

i read, a couple of years ago, that clen can be cycled 2 on/1 off with e/c or e/c/y on days off. just an idea, i haven't taken anything but fish oil, protein and an occasional vasopro tablet in years.
