    Creatine question

I started lifting twice a day a big muscle in the morning and a smaller in the afternoon as while as cardio at night. I have eight grams a creatine when i work out once a day. Should I split it up to four in the morning and four in the afternon? Should I take it all in the morning? Help! What should I do about Glutamine I am taking also?

Let me get this straight -

You train a major body part in the morning, a minor bodypart in the afternoon and cardio at night ?

You are currently supplmenting with creatine and glutamine ?

Firstly, what are your goals ? Muscle gain ? Fat loss ?

Secondly, what is your weight and BF% ?

And how many times a day do you do this ?

To be honest, unless you are taking anabolics then you can't w/o twice a day. At your weight, anabolics shouldn't even head into your mind so do this naturally

Train 3-4 times a week and keep cardio to 1 session a week IF at all. Cardio is counter productive to a bulk.

At your weight , you'll need 10g of creatine a day spaced into 2 sessions, once before your w/o and once after. Both times with a high-carb drink

As for glutamine the same dosage, 10 grams a day preferably 30 misn after ur w/o for recovery reasons

why are training with weights 2x a day ?
I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.

I train twice a day because I go to school and have not much free time. 45 mins 2x a day is easier to do than 1 and half. Also I feel like I am alittle more intense during shorter workouts. Third my day is anyways changing and by working out in the morning I know I at least worked something.

you may want to turn up the intensity of your workouts. there is no reason why you can't do 2 bodyparts in 45-60 minutes. and what small body part takes 45 minutes alone to train ?

You shouldn't spend so much time with cardio, but if your going to do it then shouldn't it be first to begin with? Or is it better to do it whenever?
