    ECA tolerance question

    Hello....
I had been a long user of caffeine and ephedrine in the past..daily(3x) for 2-3 years......i also had extremely bad withdrawal symptoms too.......the dose would not even affect me then..

Now.....3 years later (of no stimulants, not even caffeine)... I take this ECA...3 days in a week (Cardio days only) ONCE before my cardio....and it gives me so much energy meaning that it works 100%.......
My question is can I avoid any tolerance problems by taking the ECA only 3 times a WEEK before my cardio?

Only you will be able to answer that question. Everyones body functions in different ways. What may affect you may not affect someone else.

fatigue , loss of appetite, lethargy , extremely easy to get ill...2 days in the bed...(although im talking about like 800-1000 mg of caffeine per day)

It happened to me twice when I tried to stop but the only reason was because both times I went cold turkey..(it was awful man).....to stop , you should limit the dose day by day...then that should be fine...well...my stupid......

And to tell you the truth the withdrawal symptoms would probably be from caffeine instead of ephedrine..

google caffeine withdrawal symptoms and check it out..it does exist...

    and once again.....NEVER COLD TURKEY
