Well I am new here but really not new to lifting. I always have worked out but the last 2 years had some problems. Blew my right shoulder out in baseball recovered well from that and then in Jan of this year had my ankle and Achilles tendon reconstructed. So in this time I gained some wieght but not in the right places. I am currently 250 6'3 and 33 years old. I started working out real hard about 2 months ago with a trainer at my gym. When I started my pathetic stats were this
Bench 115 maybe 4 times
Deadlift 120 10 times
Well the tables have turned. Today I started cardio ( got the doctors release ) Walked for 10 mins on the tread mill and felt great. My stats no after 2 months is this.
Bench 275 5 times
Deadlift 315 12 times
I do a lot of super sets and usually go as heavy as I can.
My question is this I was thinking about starting to use Clenbuterol and Cytomel to help burn fat. Has anyone used this and what kind of results did they get.
The current sups. That I am on are amino acids, Anator pro, and Glucosamine 750 Chondroitin 600
post that in supplement forum, and damn good job on your progress!
