    Top three

give me you top three supplements/nutritional supps. I firmly believe in the law of diminishing returns..the more supps you add the less benefits each will have.If you could have just three things... what would they be and why?

ephedrine is a useful supplement, but it depends on your goals, if you're cutting then it can be quite helpful, but if you're trying to gain mass it will not do much for you.

What Prince said, that covers the top stuff.

Next on the list would be a solid multi-vit, BCAAs and a EFA supplement (for Omega 3s and 6s).

At least 15g? I have some glutamine from ProLab and on the directions it says 4.5g per day. What’s the point of taking 15g? or is 4.5g not enough?

1- a protein mix of whey, casein, and egg
    2- glutamine peptides
    3- creatine titrate

If I was in a cutting phase, I'd also want an ephedrine/caffeine product.

Id say creatine, whey, and ephedrine

I don't think glutamine is worth the money, but ephedrine can be helpful in gaining mass because it can psych you up more. I know I can put more into a workout after taking ECA and it can also actually aid in voluntary recruitment of muscle fibers.

Prince I have tried Creatine several times and I personally cannot tell a difference. Maybe my age?? But I have noticed a big difference in recovery and size by taking glutamine! BTW....I do notice a harder pump while taking creatine but really no strength or size increase. For me I think the others are more important......not saying creatine is not important for others!

PS...I would like to try the creatine titrate Gp has been talking about!
