    creatine and dextrose

I've been using CEE for a while, but I havn't really noticed a big difference over using monohydrate. I'm think I'm gonna buy monohydrate again because it is a lot cheaper. Is mixing monohydrate with dextrose basically the same thing as buying creatine from Muscletech or BSN? They claim its so much better than mono, but is it just in essence mono with sugar or dextrose?

CEE is an abbreviation for Creatine Ethyl Ester

It's creatine, but bound to an Ethyl Ester molecule. Generally, it allows for the creatine to be absorbed regardless if there is an insulin spike or not, which was mandatory for monohydrate.

Some users don't respond well to CEE, and some don't respond to Mono. Some don't respond to either. It's different for everyone, so if you aren't responding to CEE, give mono a go. Dextrose will do the job. But, don't compare mono with dex to CEE; they have vastly different transport systems. It's somewhat like comparing an injectable steroid to an oral steroid - may have the same end result, but different methods of injestion.
