    Creatine and your Joints?

    i don't seem to have any problems with my joints when i'm on creatine...when i am not taking it my shoulders seem to be bothering me...am i crazy or has anyone else noticed this.

    it is common sense that added weight will do this to your joints no matter if its muscle or fat so it all comes down to how much extra weight you are adding
