    What Should I Take?

I'm looking for a boost in my workouts. I'm tall and lean, and just started doing a full body workout routine. I'm very adapted to rigorous weightlifting, and I've done it multiple times a week on various programs for the past 3 years.

My question is what supplement is best for me to take? I'm looking for one thats a good value, as money is tight. I want to go on a VERY LEAN LBM bulk, so I don't want to take any crazy weight gainer or a creatine type product because I'm not looking to gain that kind of weight. I want something that will help me with size and strength, and will boost me in my workouts, like an NO type product (although I tried NO XPlode, and didn't like it too much.)

    Thanks in advance!

from ISS is a very good supplement comparable to No-Xplode. It gives you good pumps without the bloating and gas you get from No-Xplode.

I heard a lot of people talking about NO SHOTGUN made by VPX and its suppose to be the shit! I know people that have taken NO EXPLODE from BSN and as well have taken NO SHOTGUN and they said that no shotgun is by far more potent and really does a hell of a job.

I myself have never taken NO SHOTGUN but i am taking no explode, cell mass, and vpx's newer product AEX capsules and i can tell you from my experiences in the gym that i by far have more veins comming out, get better pumps, and have less fatigue, as well as an increase in str.
